The 79th Anniversary Armed Forces Day parade was held in Nay Pyi Taw on the night of March 27.

According to the program, important persons and guests arrived at the parade ground at 6:30 pm, and at 6:45 pm, the military column took their positions.

At 7 pm, the Commander-in-Chief of the Defense Services, Senior-General Min Aung Hlaing, arrived at the parade grounds and conducted inspections of the columns.

Then saluting the national flag, paying respects to the fallen leaders and military personnel and four vows were made.

After that, the Senior-General made a speech. Later the military columns marched and saluted the Commander-in-Chief of the Defense Service and left the parade grounds.
