President U Min Aung Hlaing, who is on an official visit to Moscow, Russia, met with Russian President H.E. Mr. Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin on the afternoon of August 18, local time.

The meeting was held at the Kremlin Palace in Moscow. President U Min Aung Hlaing is visiting the Russian Federation at the invitation of President Vladimir Putin.

Also attending the meeting from the Myanmar side were U Khin Maung Yi, U Tin Maung Swe, U Ko Ko Lwin, Dr. Charlie Than, Myanmar Ambassador to the Russian Federation U Myo Moe Aung, and other officials accompanying the President on his official visit. Russian officials also attended the meeting alongside President Vladimir Putin.
