Acting President, Chairman of the State Security and Peace Commission (SSPC) Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, met with Chinese and Myanmar businessmen and economists.

At the invitation of President Xi Jinping of the People’s Republic of China, the SSPC Chairman Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, who is on a working visit to Tianjin, China, met with Chinese and Myanmar businessmen and economists at the Tangla Hotel in Tianjin at 9 am on August 31.

The meeting was attended by Commission Secretary and Joint Executive Chief General Ye Win Oo, Commission member and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe, Commission member and Chief of the General Staff (Army, Navy and Air) General Kyaw Swa Lin, Union Ministers Dr Wah Wah Maung, U Min Naung and U Chit Swe, Ambassador of Myanmar to the People’s Republic of China U Tin Maung Swe, deputy ministers and officials accompanying the trip, as well as approximately 100 Chinese businesspeople.
