The State Administration Council (SAC) has appointed Lt. Gen. Nyo Saw as an advisor to the SAC Chairman and given him the rank of a Union Minister in line with the Article 419 of the Constitution, announced the SAC on July 5.
The announcement of the decree states that the Union Government Office will handle the benefits of Lt. Gen. Nyo Saw.
The announcement of the order was issued by the secretary of the SAC Lt. Gen. Aung Lin Dwe.
