YANGON----A man living in No.3 Ward, Kamayut Township, Yangon Region, was shot dead this early morning, say neighbouring residents.

“The incident took place in early morning of Tuesday. We heard the sound of gunfire. His house was situated in a corner of the street. After the incident, the security forces came to his house and they checked the incident,” said the resident.

Likewise, two blasts occurred in front of the court in Sanchaung Township on Baho road yesterday evening so also a series of explosions occurred in front of ward administration offices in Sanchaung and Kyimyindine townships, Yangon Region, on the morning of August 15.
