Myanmar reported 122 new COVID-19 confirmed cases on June 3, announced MRTV on June 3.
A total of 1,448 samples are tested between 8 pm of June 2 and 8 pm of June 3 and found 122 cases.
The infection rate is 8.34 per cent and three more people are died from the virus bringing total number to 3,221.
Number of COVID-19 patients is reached to 143,945 till now and 20 patients are allowed to be discharged from the hospital on June 3 bringing total number to 132,408.
It said 75 out of 355 samples tested using antigen diagnostic test kits in public health departments in regions and states, 27 out of 87 samples tested using antigen diagnostic test kits in hospitals in regions and states, 13 out of 143 samples tested in private hospitals and private labs, three out of 313 samples tested in labs under the Ministry of Health and Sports, two out of four samples tested using GeneXpert machine in hospitals in regions and states and two out of 490 samples tested in No.1 1000-Bed Military Hospital in Yangon are found infected with the virus.
