YANGON-----Burglary occurred at the house of De Nyein Lin, secretary of Ygn Region youth committee, and his wife and cash and possessions worth nearly Ks. 10 million according to him on November 14.

They are working as in-charge of volunteers for COVID-19 Yangon and they haven’t lived in their house for a long time.

 Last two week when my wife went to our house, all things were at their place. When I went home today to take something, I found that our house was being burglarized. All the lights in the house were switched on. According to neighbours, the lights have been switched on for two days,” said of De Nyein Lin.

He added that the door outside was broken but the door inside and lock were untouched. His window was broken. Police are investigating the case and have CCTVs installed there. The house was situated on Pantanaw road, Myanigone, Sanchaung Township. A lawsuit was filed at the police station he added.
