Miss Universe Myanmar 2020 will soon take place with beauty pageants representing the cities across Myanmar are choosing their representatives.

Those selected from the cities will have to go into training. Of them, Miss Universe Myanmar as well as pageants for other top international beauty contests be chosen.

"We will start selection of Miss Universe Myanmar soon. We are excited to see who will be Miss Universe Myanmar among those representing various cities. So we would like to invite audiences to excitedly wait and see the selection," said an official from Miss Universe Myanmar Organization. 

Just recently, beauty pageants representing four districts of Yangon Region and those representing Falam and Hakha townships of Chin State have been selected. 

The date and venue of Miss Universe Myanmar selection will be announced soon. Myanmar started sending beauty pageants to Miss Universe in 2013. Last year, Miss Universe Myanmar Swe Zin Htet participated in the contest.
