Two Myanmar participants selected for Open Doors Lab of Locarno Film Festival

A director and a producer from Myanmar have been selected as participants of Open Doors Lab organized by the Locarno Film Festival.

The selected Myanmar participants are producer Soe Arkar Tun and director Khin Wah So.

Eight out of ????? competitors across the world were selected to participate in the programme that will be held in August. Under the Open Doors Lab programme, the participants will be able to discuss with international experts and professionals for creative production and filmmaking.  

Open Doors Hub that lasts six days will include group discussion, individual discussion and opportunities for links with the international film market.

The Locarno Film Festival is an annual film festival held every August in Locarno, Switzerland. Founded in 1946, it is one of the longest-running film festivals, and is also known for being a prestigious platform for art house films.
