Pyay Ti Oo, Eaindra Kyaw Zin and Paing Takhon have reportedly arrived back home after being released from prison today under a state pardon.

“Paing Takhon has arrived back home,” said a lawyer for him.

Ei Kyaw Zin also wrote on Facebook: “The couple—Pyay Ti Oo and Eaindra Kyaw Zin—have arrived back home in good health. Please understand them if they are not able to receive phone calls these days. Thanks to everyone for saying prayers for them.

Pyay Ti Oo, Eaindra Kyaw Zin, Lu Min and Paing Takhon and Win Min Than, who were sentenced to three years each in prison after being charged under Section 505 (a) of the Penal Code of Myanmar, as well as Wyne, who was arrested last month, were released today. 

Jailed actor Ye Taik and singers Po Po and Saw Po Khwar are not on the list of those released today.
