Myanmar U-21 men’s football squad is going to participate in U-21 Vietnam Invitational Football Tournament.

Myanmar U-21 has conducted trainings in Yangon since September. U-21 Vietnam Invitational Football Tournament will be held in Vietnam from December 12 to 18. The tournament is like round-robin. The top two teams will play the final match.

I have placed emphasis on selection of young players as my aim is to produce new generation players on whom the team can rely, said head coach Kyi Lwin.

My U-21 team conducted hard trainings more than two months as part of preparation for taking part in the invitational football tournament. My team did well in the training session. I am happy with the play form of the team and its fitness, said head coach Kyi Lwin.

I would like to produce new young faces capable of giving help to the national team. For this I have chosen only young players, said head coach Kyi Lwin.
