Myanmar Plaza will temporarily be closed as of March 2 due to the ongoing situations in Myanmar, its Facebook Page announced on March 1. 

Reopening date will be announced on the Facebook page again, the post said. 

The post on the Myanmar Plaza Facebook page says “Regarding the situation, we would like to announce that Myanmar Plaza will temporarily be closed starting from March 2. We will keep you updated from our Facebook Page once the shopping centre reopens.”

It also wished all the people of Myanmar safe and sound. 

Before this closure, Myanmar Plaza had reduced its opening hours since February 1 announcing that they were from 9am to 6pm.
