“We are Myanmar people sowe want to encourage our football team. I’ve been living in Malaysia for a long time. After every match between Myanmar and Malaysia, Myanmar fans get attacked. No authorities take action against the attackers. We are lucky that Myanmar lost at the match on November 24th. Otherwise, we can’t imagine the extent of the violence. In my opinion, security measures have to be arranged to Myanmar football fans. Whether we win or lose, we are Myanmar people and we want to cheer on our team,” continued Ko Thet.
