A mother, Daw San San Aye, has offered a reward of 20 million kyats for anyone who can provide information about her missing daughter, a two-time award-winning young woman who has been missing for over two months.

The missing young woman, Su Yadana Aung, born in Kyaukphyu, was studying Grade 12 in Yangon Region’s Hlaingtharyar Township at Moe Thauk Pan Boarding School. She went missing on April 24 at 7:30 AM after saying she was going to buy snacks.

“Those who are looking after my daughter or can provide credible information, such as video files or images related to her, will receive a gratitude reward of 20 million kyats. Once the information is received, I will transfer the money within 5 minutes via KPay, KBZ Bank, or any bank account convenient for you,” Daw San San Aye wrote on social media.

No leads have been found regarding the missing girl even after more than two months, it is reported.

“In this situation where there’s no trace of her, as a mother, I feel like my heart is being torn out alive. Where has my daughter gone? As long as I live, I will keep searching for my precious daughter, Su Yadana Aung. She is an irreplaceable treasure. Every Mother’s Day, she would pay respects to me, but now, where is my little girl? Has my dear daughter sentenced me to a punishment worse than death?” Daw San San Aye wrote on her social media page.
