The US-based Hilton & Resorts will open Hilton Times City Yangon, for fourth of its kind in 2022.

A ceremony to sign MoU on management to open Hilton Times City Yangon with 308 rooms in Yangon, the commercial city was held at Times City on January 12.

Hilton Times City Yangon is being jointly built by the US-based Hilton & Resorts and Crown Advanced Construction Co., Limited.

It takes 20 minutes’ drive from Yangon International Airport and about 15 minutes’ drive from downtown Yangon. It will provide guest halls, bed hostels, service rooms, office rooms, high-class bed rooms and retail stores. 

“Myanmar hopes that about 7.5 million world tourists would visit in Myanmar in 2022. Yangon, a major city for trade and finance, is full of promising developments. We are delighted in attending to the needs to Yangon, the capital of Myanmar as tourism sector sees a rapid development,” said Paul Hutton, vice-president of Southeast Asia Operations Department.

Hilton Times City Yangon is 1250 feet wide and it is comprised of meeting halls, small exhibition halls, commercial halls, sports halls, spa and swimming pool.
