Apartments of Golden City condominium will be sold until March 31 as a pre-Thingyan promotion program. 

The sale started February 1, and during the promotion period, the buyer of an apartment will get three gifts—two years of free housing maintenance, furniture worth US$5,000 and one iPhone 11 for 20 percent down payment. 

“Our aim is to ensure that our customers live a better quality of life. We hope that our promotion plan will meet the requirements of the buyers,” said Mr Alex Lee, vice president, and marketing director of Golden Land Real Estate Development Co Ltd. 

 Golden City condominiums are highly designed with swimming pools, gyms and children’s sports grounds. 

The promotion program is from February 1 to March 31 at Golden City Condo, Yankin Township, Yangon.
