Aung San Suu Kyi to visit China to attend Silk Road Forum

State Counsellor Aung San Suu Kyi will attend the second forum of One Belt One Road (OBOR)  Forum held in China according to Ministry of Information.

Together with State Counsellor, some Union Ministers will accompany her during that trip and they will discuss China-Myanmar Economic Corridor projects according to the BBC news report on April 4.

In the silk Road project will pass Myanmar include Muse-Mandalay railway project, deep sea port project, special economic zones. Among these projects, Kyauk Phyu deep sea port project will become a strategic port in India ocean according to BBC news.

China-Myanmar economic corridor will connect Kuming from China to Mandalay-Yangon-Kyauk Phyu special economic zone.

After visit to China, she will visit to Cambodia according to Ministry of Information.
