Born on June 3 to four siblings, it could be said that the penchant as an artist runs in her veins as her father himself was a famous photographer. She would play together with her siblings, often getting familiar and adoring all of the actors, actresses, models and all that came to her father's photo studio. She claimed that it was then that her passion for acting begin, dancing and singing along to numerous TV advertisments that were common during her childhood years.

"I remember when I was very young, my teacher asked the class the usual - who do you want to be when you grow up? I was the only person in the class that answered I wanted to be an actress. She would also tell my curly haired youngself that I would grow up to become an actress. I think since then on, it really stuck with me the whole way through," said San Yati Moe Myint wistfully.

From 1st till 8th grade, she attended No.1 Dagon Middle School, moving to No.2 Dagon (Myoma) Highschool for her 9th and 10th. While she recall excelling in academics as a young child, her grades became average as she grew older and devoted more of her time to school events. When it was time to attend university, she also went to train at Stars International Models Agency, the start of her entertainment career.

She found success in a rather short amount of time, having offered many opportunities to appear on cover of magazines and such. She thinks that her short trip to sucess was also because both her parents were also in the same industry. But she saw her own share of troubles despite having a large fanbase for a teenager of her age.

When she started out acting, she found herself unable to adapt to some roles as well as general lack of knowledge on the over all video producion process as a whole. She had to constantly study and learn to overcome her weaknesses. Her efforts proved fruitful as she was offered roles after roles for nearly one hundred video movies. After the decline of the video age, her workload lessened which allowed to be more selective in her future roles in movies and TV Series depending on the character she was cast as as well as the plot.

Ever since then she had starred in over 200 films and countless more advertisements, music videos and so on.

She also says that she tried hard to achieve the lithe body she has today as she started out with a full body. Whenever she had time to spare, she concentrated on honing her body that is more fitting of a famed actress and model.

"When I took a break, I wanted to appear back again in front of my audience in a totally new look. My face, I'm happy with how my mother birthed me with. But my body was chubby, so I started out with a diet and then I hit the gym hard. And the results were very apparent. It gave me a lot of confidence in my self no matter what kind of clothes I decide to wear to an event. I want to say that if you have the mind and the will to really change, it is never too late," said San Yati Moe Myint.

For now, she is working on a TV series as well as a movie. When she is free, she loves to do charity work especially concerning animals.
