According to the statement, a moderate earthquake measuring 5.2 on the Richter scale occurred at a depth of 22 kilometers, 36 miles northeast of the Hakha Seismological Station (about 12 miles southwest of Kalay), 23.05 degrees north latitude, 93.95 degrees east longitude, and 22 kilometers north latitude at 11:26 am on August 22.
