2023 Myanmar Academy Award Ceremony was held at the Myanmar International Convention Center-1 (MICC 1) in Nay Pyi Taw on February 3.
Yang Aung won the best actor award, Soe Myat Thuzar won the best actress award, Nay Win won the best supporting actor award and May Myint Mo won the best supporting actress award. Altogether 12 awards were presented including 3 life time awards.
The Academy Award giving ceremony has been held since 1952. The academy awards were given to the most outstanding artistes and technicians from 35 movies in 2023.
