State Counselor meets with CEO group

State Counselor and Union Minister of Foreign Affairs Aung San Suu Kyi alongside several other ministers meet with a representative group from the Chief Executives Organisation (CEO) on February 20.

According to a statement released by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the CEO group led by Boysie Bollinger discussed “openly” in Nay Pyi Taw regarding Myanmar’s state of affairs; namely the democratic transition, international aid and cooperation, bilateral relations with neighboring countries and Rakhine State affairs amongst others.

Each member of the group specializes in investments, production of goods, real estate and land development.

The group, consisting of CEOs and their spouses from the USA, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Philippines and South Korea, will also be visiting Yangon, Mandalay, Bagan and Inle.
