Myanmar Model won Best of the performance of the week in Asia’s Next Top Model


In the very first week of its competition of Asia’s Next Top Model, Myanmar model “Beauty” won Best of the performance of the week.

The first episode of Asia’s Next Top Model was screened on August 22. The first event was held in a market in Thailand. Two models that got the least scores had to leave from the event at once. The rest 12 models will go for camp where they will receive a mentor model for futher training. Four models will get one mentor model.

For the “Challenged” photo shooting sessions, these models had to take photos with animals such as iguana, crocodile, and snakes. Myanmar model Beauty had to take photos with iguana.

After photo session, three judges determined whether these models can hide their emotions and posed for the best photos while photo taking with iguana, crocodile, and snakes.

Beauty’s original name is Thet Thet Thin and was born in 1996 in Myanmar. She graduated from Dagon University with majoring English. At present, she is working as a model in WM model agency in Bangkok.

The prize package for this season (Asia's Next Top Model 6) included a Subaru XV,a cover and fashion spread in Harper’s Bazaar Thailand, a featured avatar in the new America's Next Top Model Mobile Game, and a modeling contract with Storm Model Management in London.
