A special 90-minute programme of solo concerts by each of the four vocalists of Iron Cross band will be broadcast live on 4HD and 5 Special TV channels later this month.

The four artists – Lay Phyu, A Nge, Myo Gyi, and Y Wine – will perform live on TV for the first time with their band, as part of a joint collaboration between the Iron Cross and Forever Blossom.

“It’s been a while since the Iron Cross band last staged a solo performance. Their concerts have never been shown on TV before so we are trying to pave the way for this to happen like foreign concerts. Most foreign shows last between 90 minutes and two hours.  So we will stage a solo concert by each of the Iron Cross vocalists each month. Each concert will last only 90 minutes,” said Pyae Phyo Han of Forever Blossom.

“The audience will get the chance to watch live broadcasts of Iron Cross. We’re trying to broadcast the performances regularly, not only by Iron Cross and its vocalists but also by other artists. I’ll need to negotiate,” he added.

The first concert will be held at Myanmar Event Park next month, with more specific details to be announced in due course. The organisers plan to stage the group’s solo concerts in Mandalay and Taunggyi as well.
