South Korean boy band Big Bang looks set to perform a concert in Myanmar sooner than expected, according to the concert’s organiser Living Sound Entertainment.

“We originally planned to hold it in July, but it has been brought forward. This mainly depends on the venue,” said Jaw Maran of Living Sound Entertainment, adding the venue has a seating capacity of 40,000.

Formed by YG Entertainment in 2006, the five-member band comprises G-dragon, TOP, Taeyang, Daesung, and Seungri. The group has released a number of popular hits over the past eight years with plans to release a new album titled “Made”. It will kick off their 2015 World Tour in Seoul this weekend.

Living Sound Entertainment organised Big Bang’s label-mate 2NE1’s first concert last year.
