Mingalarpar Festival will attract French and Myanmar artists

The Mingalarpar Festival, which will see the participation of more than 100 French and Myanmar artists, is being held in Yangon starting Friday. The festival will be held in public areas such as the Botahtaung, Dala and Wahtan jetties, Maha Bandoola Park, the Mayaynigone overpass and the People’s Square.

In commemoration of the 55th anniversary of France-Myanmar cultural ties, the festival will be held according to international standards, including two giant figurines marching as well as street art and music entertainment, among other attractions.
